Most orders are dispatched in about 2 business days, with free delivery Australia-wide. After dispatch, Brisbane and South East Queensland typically take 1 to 3 business days, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne 3 to 7, Adelaide 5 to 8, and Perth, Hobart and Darwin 7 to 10. Regional and remote addresses take longer. These are carrier estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Free delivery covers most of Australia. The 3x3m, 6x3m, 9x3m, 8x4m and 10x5m marquees, festoon lights and base weights ship free to every state and territory. The larger 6x6m, 12x6m and 12x7m ship free to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA, cost $150 to WA and $120 to Tasmania (shown at checkout before you pay), and cannot currently be delivered to the NT.

Allow about 60 square metres for 100 standing guests and about 150 square metres for 100 seated dining guests. The 12x6m grand marquee provides 72 square metres and suits up to about 120 standing or 48 dining, so 100 standing guests fit under one marquee while 100 seated diners need more than one.

Allow about 36 square metres for 60 standing guests and about 90 square metres for 60 seated dining guests. The 6x6m and 3x12m marquees each provide 36 square metres and suit 60 standing. A seated dining layout for 60 needs about 90 square metres, more than our largest single marquee (the 12x7m at 84 square metres), so plan a two-marquee layout.

Yes. Every current marquee uses a waterproof, UV-treated canopy. The 6x3m, 9x3m, 6x6m, 3x12m and 12x6m use powder-coated steel frames, while the 10x5m uses an aluminium frame.

Marquees need reasonably level ground so the frame can sit square and be anchored safely. Minor variations can sometimes be managed during layout and anchoring. For a significant slope, level the area or use a properly designed platform and follow the product instructions.

Choose by both guest count and layout. The 9x3m suits up to 45 standing, 30 in seated rows or 18 dining. The fully enclosed 10x5m suits up to 80 standing, 55 in seated rows or 33 dining, and the 12x6m grand marquee suits up to 120 standing or 48 dining for a full reception. Add about 25 percent more space for a dance floor, bar or buffet.

Setup takes at least two people and no special tools. The 6x3m and 9x3m go up in under an hour. Allow 1 to 2 hours the first time for the 6x6m, 3x12m and 10x5m, and 3 to 4 hours with 3 or 4 people for the 12x6m. The 10x5m is best with 2 to 3 people.
